Go On, Express It.

Thank &@! February is over… it was… whatever it was. The beautiful thing is that I have rediscovered a little something, a something deep down inside of myself. It is something I dont have words for, something that is everything and nothing at all.

I spoke with god again this morning, and “god” says to express its/his/her feelings on this matter…

you are what you eat, thoughts are things, and opinions are like a$$ ____. mind your own _______ business and leave mine alone.

I know that may seem in bad taste… if you feel that way, stop reading it. :) have a nice day.

What I See In The Near Future

Yay, my hibernation is coming… The future holds promise for me and all I need to manifest it is psychological hibernation. Winter time, the first quarter of my personal new year. The planning period, daily life is on auto pilot, few things to do outside of the winter festivities.

The time when I revisit the canvass and wipe it clean, get out fresh new paints and rewrite my life. The near future, 2-4 more under the thumb, just enough to rebuild a platform to stand firmly on, structure new ideas and formulas to refill my coffers.

I have never done anything illegal, just bad choices, misdealing’s with the wrong people. Life sucks, get a helmet.

I had a friend once, his name was seth, he was like a brother… only he wasn’t.

I had a girl once, she was like my wife… only she wasn’t.

I had a man once, he was like a father… only he wasn’t.

I had a woman once, she was like a mother… only part of the time.

I had a guide once, he was like the unnameable… he is still with me.

I shall have what I shall have, you can take my time but you may not keep it.

How I Get Everything I want

For years I studied the science, theories, philosiphies, ideas of “how to get what you want”.  I read books, watched movies, talked with gurus and learned how it works for me, how to manifest things and experiences at will.

It stated in my teens when I found I really did enjoy reading, my mother was a practitioner at Mile High, church of religious science which is different than Scientology, The Institute Of Mind Sciences, TIMS, School Of Applied Metaphysics etc. you can find a whole list of New Thought Denominations.

I have also dabbled in paganism, Wicca, and majick in general along with self help and personal development, personal awareness, meditation and theology.

The underlying process of life, I guess you could call it, has been one of a few things that has held my attention through the years.

Here is an outline of what I have come to use in creating or manifesting.  I do believe that this process is a personal one and what works for me may not work for you.

  • Feeling
  • Thought
  • Idea
  • more feeling
  • decision
  • put “it” in words
  • put “it” in pictures
  • create “it” as a movie in my head
  • acceptance
  • release

Here is how I progress through the process:

I could use anything as an example but its easier to see how the above is applied to a physical object.

First I have a feeling, one I like or one I don’t, lets say I want a new car because mine is beginning to show signs of age.

The feeling may be, “it would be nice to have a car that everything works and doesn’t need to go to the mechanics every other month!”

Then the thought

“That new jeep is AWESOME! I want one”

The idea

“If I do this… If I can do that… then I can get that new jeep”

More feeling (emotion)

“I would feel so much better knowing that I am driving a newer car because it wouldnt have things go wrong with it at random”

“It would be so cool to have a car that was That color, I really like that copper metallic color on the new jeeps”

“If I had that jeep I could pull my trailer up the mountain so much easier”

etc

The decision

I am going to get that new jeep

I start putting it in words

by talking about it with friends, with my significant other

I start talking to people that own them

etc

Put it in pictures

Maybe I start looking them up on the internet

go to the dealership to get a brochure

Create movies in my head about it (daydreaming)

I see myself driving it, washing it, taking it camping etc and play these movies in my head over and over

I accept it as true, meaning I am acting like I have it now

this is the place where most have problems in their manifesting, it can be a hard task tricking your own brain into thinking you have something you “really” don’t yet… this is easier to get past and I will cover that in my next post.

One of the ways I do this is by “monitoring” my internal language by consciously removing the words and statements that indicate future tense like “when” “if” etc… “when I have it” and “if I get it with a hard top”.  This is just one of the things I do but I think its the most important because words are thoughts and they are what we use to communicate with ourselves.  If you can gradually change your internal language to yourself it will change your vibration that corresponds to the “thing” you want.

Release it

at this point I know I am going to have it, period, that’s all there is to it so I let it go, forget about it and move on to other things.  This, for me, backs up my belief in “how the universe works, in my opinion”.

Decisions– Making Them Will Change Your Life

It is the decisions we make that shape our life.

The greatest part of free will is the power to choose this over that, now or later, and so on.  It is a wonder how so many of us forget this or take it for granted.

The ability to decide the who, what, when, where and how is the key to designing your life, reality, and day-to-day experience.  Don’t merely take this as  a new age froo-froo theory or as a lighthearted, peace-loving positive statement, but instead treat it as fact.  Scientists the world over have found that our ability to reason, weigh our options, and decide is what allows us to “create” everything around us.

Think about this: all of the crap– even all of the other people’s crap– that you have to deal with stems from one decision or another that you made along the way.  Now, having the foresight of Yoda won’t always keep you out of “crap’s” way, but understanding how we make decisions can play a huge role in the decisions we make.

This, in turn, will shape the experiences we have on a daily basis.  The fact is that the decisions we make will either formulate a life of happiness or one filled with drama.

Decision making can be regarded as an outcome of mental processes (cognitive process), leading to the selection of one particular course of action among several alternatives. Every decision-making process produces a final choice.

Cognition is the scientific term for “the process of thought.”

Even if you choose not to decide, you still have made a choice…

Keep in mind that the decision is still just one piece of the creation process of which we are capable; however, it is usually the only piece missing or incomplete if and when the desired result is not realized.

You have the power to choose; choose wisely.  Slow down and take your time because when you make solid, well thought out decisions, you are turning the key in the lock that will eventually open the door.

Finding Myself Again…

I have been sporadic in my writing here to say the least, but I needed to find myself again, re-prioritize and figure out where I was, where I really wanted to be, and map out a plan to get there.

I don’t know about you, but life goes in cycles for me, a true ebb and flow and where I feel it most is at the foundation of my being, which obviously alters the current of my energy in every aspect of my life.  I chalk this up to my ability to allow myself the freedom of expression.  Well, what it has really been over the last decade or so is my laziness towards focusing on “the path,” which is my spiritual term for my connection to what I believe and feel is god– the life force, or whatever you want to call it– I call it consciousness.  This uncontrolled nature I have taken with my path is good in some ways, as I learn lessons that allow me to grow.  I am now more aware and certain that my thoughts affect my words, and then my actions, which carry me through to circumstances that at times are, quite frankly, painful and awful.

Tic Toc, Tic Toc… Means Nothing At All

Time, a thing we created to place control or at least the feeling of control – in reality there is no such thing.  Then why do I always seem to be running out of it?  Oh mind set, thats right.  I have been away lately, constructing my path and gathering my gear for the next leg of my journey.   I have not forgotten this space I mearley have not had the time to be present.  Forgive me.
