The Garden Feeds Us Well.
My beautiful Lady Ash and I have a couple gardens and they feed us very well. We have a garden in the front yard that is mostly herbs like oregano, basil, mint – well, there’s 3 kinds of mint, peppermint, apple mint and chocolate mint. We have 3 kinds of sage, we have yarrow, spicy oregano, tarragon, salvia, thyme, cat mint, lemon balm and lavender. I think there might be more but I cant remember any more right now.
Our garden in the back is a veggie garden with 6 kinds of tomatoes, two types of carrots, tomatillos, jalapenos, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, sugar snap peas, green beans, cucumber, dill, more basil, radishes, beets, spinach, half a dozen kinds of lettuce, bok choy, purple cabbage, yellow squash, chard and probably a couple things I’m missing… its late. This is the garden of 2009.
